37025 lifted for wheelset replacement & Bo’ness workings
At Bo’ness 37025 has been lifted by the SRPS Diesel Group for the bogies to be removed and replacement of a complete set of wheelsets. 37025 has long suffered with thinning tyres and its owners sourced a replacement set of six wheelsets  in readiness for its mainline comeback. 37175 will deputise for 37025 on branch workings this season, with the 1535hrs Saturday & Sunday service from Bo’ness the regular booked diesel turn. Locos for this season will be from the pool of 26024, 27001, 37175 & 47643.

Last weekend saw the last coolant radiator fitted to No 1 roof section and the silencers fitted to their roof section.  They were then fitted to the loco during the weekend.  This week will see all of the systems connected up and the loco receive a D exam.
